贾跃亭在美发表演讲:FF部分融资到账 汉福德工厂正式动工

今天,贾跃亭亮相美国FF全员大会并演讲。他透露,FF获得15亿美元融资,其中5.5亿美元已经到账。汉福德工厂已经正式动工,所有的长周期生产设备都已经下单。同时,FF已经引入麦肯锡,协助提升管理水平,实现运营数据化、流程化、透明化。贾跃亭表示,还会继续招募人才。 贾跃亭透露,在全员大会后,FF全体员工收到了承诺的期权。他们通过登录自己的Solium账户,查看到股权信息。 有消息称,位于汉福德的FF工厂占地面积为100万平方英尺,相当于9.3万平方米。此前曝出的消息称,未来FF汉福德工厂全面投产后,将提供1300个工作岗位。不过,截至发稿前, FF中国公关部,对方并未对此做出回复。 值得一提的是,在贾跃亭在演讲中表示,已启动“归巢计划”,据一位接近乐视汽车的人表示,归巢计划针对的是原来FF的员工,目前已有一些人回来,但具体数字没有统计。界面新闻 记者联系FF中国公关部,对方没有明确回复。而在此前, 腾讯财经援引 乐视汽车前员工消息称,原乐视汽车(北京)有限公司目前在职的员工,已经全部被编至FF中国旗下。 FF汉福德工厂开工,或意味着FF91量产已被提上日程。 FF近期在国内也动作频频, 不仅成立关联公司,还大量招聘人才。 据公开信息,成立于今年2月12日的 睿驰智能汽车(广州)有限公司(下文简称“睿驰智能”) ,注册地址为广州市南沙区海滨路171号9楼(仅限办公用途),注册资本为3亿美元,其业务主要是围绕汽车产业链上下游而展开,经营范围包含汽车销售、汽车零配件设计服务、汽车维修工具设计服务等。 同时, 睿驰智能 惟一股东为SMART MOBILITY。据中国香港企业注册处披露的资料显示,成立于2016年10月的 SMART MOBILITY ,此前名称为FF Hong Kong Holdings Limitied,中文名称为 法法汽车生态(香港)有限公司 (下文简称“法法汽车生态”),法法汽车生态为法法汽车(中国)有限公司(以下简称“法法中国”)的控股股东,持股比例为95%。这意味着,睿驰智能为法法中国的兄弟企业。  截止3月16日,FF的国内关联企业——法法汽车(中国)有限公司(下称“FF中国”)官方公众号连续发布5期招聘启事,据界面新闻记者统计,需求岗位超过210个。 此前,腾讯《一线》援引消息人士称,睿驰汽车计划竞拍南沙区万顷沙保税港区一块工业用地,用于建设纯电动车工厂。 3月初,广州市国土资源和规划委员会3月初挂出一块总面积约40.1万平方米(约601亩),出让年限为50年,规划土地用途为工业用地,尊宝娱乐强度为不低于8274元/平方米,并要求, 竞买申请人须在南沙设立项目公司,竞得土地一个月内引进具备国际一流纯电动汽车研发制造水平的纯电动汽车组装项目,主要经营范围为车辆工程的技术研究开发、汽车零部件及配件制造销售、汽车销售等。 不过,按照国家规定,新建纯电动商用车项目应符合《新建纯电动乘用车企业管理规定》(国家发展改革委 工业和信息化部2015年第27号令)的诸多要求,并需要向发改委提起项目申请并获审批通过。这意味着,土地出让公告要求竞得人须在项目开工后五个季度内取得纯电动汽车准入的项目核准。 以下是贾跃亭FF全员会演讲全文:
Fight to the First Good afternoon everyone,Thank you for being here. 大家下午好,感谢你们出席今天的全员会。 Today, I would like to talk about the management transformation of our company ,in order to deliver FF 91 on time and realize our vision. 今天,我讲话的主题是公司变革,以按时交付FF 91,实现我们的愿景。 We have already achieved some transformational victories,in the first quarter of this year. During restart phase, we have secured more than 1.5 Billion US dollars investment , with $550 Million already in the bank. 我们已经在今年一季度,取得一些变革性胜利。在公司重启阶段,我们成功融到超过15亿美金,其中5亿5千万已经到账。 We have hired many top new talents, We are even seeing some people realize the grass is not always greener on the other side. And we have welcomed them back through Home Coming Program. As an example, we have set up the FF 91 program control tower on the second floor of the big building, Any employee can look at the details and we encourage you to do so. Soon, you will see the cloud based control tower around our buildings. Just as we will fight for a better culture. Did any of you see the team speed skating events?This sport is very interesting to me because is not measured by which member of the team finishes first, but which member finishes last. In summary, some people – even people in our company – , would say getting FF 91 on the road by the end of the year is impossible. However, as I told our suppliers, to make a miracle, you have to be a little crazy.
